Adherence to maximum occupancy, parking, trash and noise ordinances is required and strictly enforced - any violation will result in eviction.

Situated in the Cherry Grove section of the Grand Strand, Surfs Up is conveniently located near many popular family attractions and championship golf, perfect for your beach vacation.

House parties, loud noises and extra vehicles are prohibited – violation of this will result in eviction.
*Luxury Rentals include linens and departure maid service. An additional reduced rate luxury fee is added to all luxury rentals.

The location is fantastic, 100 steps to the ocean and even less to make it to the beach. The pool is perfect for when you don't want to walk to the beach.
Our family of 14 had a great week at Surf's Up! Love the layout of the house and the 6 bedrooms gave everyone their own space. The kitchen is very well stocked with everything we needed and more, including 2 coffee pots. The living area has new furniture compared to the pics. That may or may not matter to some. The air conditioning unit went out on us the first day but Elliott Realty jumped right on it and we had a brand new unit installed first thing Monday morning! Great service!! Would definitely stay here again!
Great location and very nice house. The location of this property is amazing! Located right on the beach and in walking distance of the pier and little oceanfront bar and grille. Check in process was easy and the keyless entry to the home made it very convenient for checking in and out. The overall layout of the house is great and can accommodate a large family. The home has a small but nice pool area that can be used when you or your family does not want to go to the beach.
