This is a family rental property that is located in a quiet, residential community. No groups or house parties allowed.

Cook up succulent cuisine in the state of the art kitchen that boasts plenty of refrigerator space, double wall oven and a breakfast bar that is suitable for a kitchen stadium. Pour cocktails from the wet bar. Laundry facilities are right there at your fingertips and there are plenty more amenities and conveniences to find throughout the 4,700 square feet of this beach house.
