This is a family rental property that is located in a quiet, residential community. No groups or house parties allowed.
Adherence to maximum occupancy, parking, trash and noise ordinances is required and strictly enforced - any violation will result in eviction.

Perfect location. Only a short 5 minute walk to the ocean and a few blocks from the main strip with all the restaurants, shops, stores etc.
This house was perfect for our large family. Clean, beautiful place. Great pool and hot tub. Nice restaurants in walking distance. We will definitely stay again
