This is a family rental property that is located in a quiet, residential community. No groups or house parties allowed.
Adherence to maximum occupancy, parking, trash and noise ordinances is required and strictly enforced - any violation will result in eviction.
Have some summer fun in this North Myrtle Beach, SC beach house that is just across the street from the oceanfront. Summer Fun is a classic beach house on stilts with four bedrooms and two baths. There are sleeping accommodations for 10 people. Covered parking and a large deck, partially covered and partially sun-drenched, are among the amenities of this beach house that make this North Myrtle Beach rental unique.
Summer Fun has a variety of bed sizes so you can invite families, couples, friends and golf buddies to vacation with you at this second-row rental and there will be a bedroom that suits them perfectly. Additionally, Summer Fun is a beach house that has a well equipped kitchen complete with dishes, cookware and utensils. All you need to do is make a run to the grocery store or seafood market for your family favorites and you will be as good as home when it comes to having everything on hand.
This beach house is just 100 yards from the Atlantic Ocean. Grab a beach chair and walk across the street for some time in the sun and sand. You can even wake up early enough to catch an oceanfront sunrise that is picture-worthy and a scene to remember. After a day of building sandcastles, surfing the waves, combing the beaches for beautiful seashells or just lounging in a beach chair and reading you can rinse off at the outdoor shower at Summer Fun before retreating inside.
This second-row beach house has several flat-screen televisions and DVD players, making it easy for everyone in your family to spread out and catch their favorite television programs. There is also wireless Internet access available in Summer Fun and a washing machine and clothes dryer are provided for you, too.

House parties, loud noises and extra vehicles are prohibited – violation of this will result in eviction.

This property was wonderful. Clean and spacious. The porch was so wonderful everyone loved it. The outside shower is hot/cold water. Beach is right across the street. We are staying again 2020.
