Sea Marsh 1 Unit 204 is a renovated (in 2022) condominium located in the Cherry Grove section of North Myrtle Beach, SC. This stunning unit has a beautiful oceanfront view and is only steps away from the beach. The location is close to the point as well as the winding marshes. It is in a quiet area and yet not far from popular attractions such as Main Street and Barefoot Landing.
Beach décor and soothing colors welcome guests to enjoy a relaxing Coastal Carolina vacation. Each bathroom has been fully renovated and guests will enjoy either a walk-in shower or a tub, both featuring colorful new tile. With three bedrooms and two full and one-half bathrooms, there is plenty of room to spread out or gather together. The living area brings the outdoors in with plenty of windows and natural light. Among the best features are the stunning view and the large comfortable balcony which will become a favorite place, whether you want to enjoy some solitude while you sip on morning coffee listening to the waves or, watch the day end while enjoying a cocktail with panoramic views!
Other amenities that will make you feel at home include four flat screen TVs, WIFI, and an in-unit washer and dryer. The kitchen is updated and includes beautiful quartz countertops. A hallway closet is available for use as a pantry. Board games are kept in the unit for guest use. Sea Marsh I also features an elevator, outdoor pool and grill.
Spend an afternoon at Barefoot Landing where you can wine, dine, and shop all in one place. At night, head to the vibrant Main Street area. There you will find something for the whole family. Children will enjoy the arcades, putt putt golf and ice cream parlors. Adults may want to visit Fat Harold’s or Duck’s Beach Club. Condo is beautifully decorated! Lovely oceanfront view with easy beach access. Only one elevator but rarely had to wait. Pool and surrounding area was well maintained but was only open until 8 pm. Cleaning was better in this luxury unit.
We loved the condo, we wished the dryer was more sufficient to our needs but we are on vacation, Please see about more linen packages that include hand towels and bath mats, it would make a difference in everyone;s stay
This condo is absolutely stunning and there was nothing better than waking up next to the ocean. We will be back next year
Room was absolutely beautifully decorated. Building was in a great location for a not so crowded beach. Enjoyed our week very much and will hopefully be back next year!
Excellent condo, beautiful views
This is really a special condo and the pictures do not do it justice. Decor is beautiful and beachy, the kitchen is very nicely stocked ( love the set of “fish” dishes) and so many small touches such as nice bedding, massaging shower heads , outlets for electronics…and the view is amazing!!!! I just can’t say enough about this beautiful condo! Loved our February 2023 stay!
It was a perfect vacation. I’m ready to come back
This is a beautiful well-appointed condo. Nice pool. Nice beach area too. Close to restaurants and shopping.
