This is a family rental property that is located in a quiet, residential community. No groups or house parties allowed.
Adherence to maximum occupancy, parking, trash and noise ordinances is required and strictly enforced - any violation will result in eviction.
Leapfrog to a luxury beach vacation with your extended family when you book Lily Pad, an oceanfront rental house, in North Myrtle Beach, South Carolina. Lily Pad is located in the Crescent Beach section. This rental house has eight bedrooms and seven baths. What a great way to have a getaway that everyone can enjoy! This luxury rental house has numerous flatscreen TVs and DVD players. The kitchen of Lily Pad is well appointed for your vacation needs. There are granite counters, stainless appliances, two ovens, and two dishwashers. The balcony of this rental house provides a glorious oceanfront view. What better way to reflect on a great vacation day, or plan the next, than lingering on your balcony watching the waves crash into the beach? Waking in the master bedroom, you are also treated to a great oceanfront view. For your convenience, there is a washer and dryer, to keep all of those swim suits ready for action. Lily Pad also offers additional functionality, as one bath is handicap accessible.
Lily Pad continues to provide luxurious amenities outside, with an outdoor pool (can be heated April-May or September-October for a fee) to enjoy a non saltwater swim. Hit the outside shower afterwards to rinse off the chlorine. The outside shower is also great when you are heading back from the beach to keep the sand where it belongs! Stroll out to the beach to enjoy a saltwater swim, whenever the mood strikes. Set up a volleyball tournament, fly kites, fish from the shore, or boogie board on the waves. Grab your beach towel, and soak up plenty of that South Carolina sun.
The North Myrtle Beach, South Carolina area offers many additional distractions for your vacation stay. There are championship golf courses to tee off from. Local outfitters can assist you with sailing, deep sea fishing, or a dolphin watching excursion. Dive into some water sports, and try out Jet Skiing, windsurfing, parasailing, or paddle boarding. After you work up an appetite, you can hit one of the local restaurants for truly fresh seafood. Leap in and get started on your beach vacation at Lily Pad!

Great Place - The Lily Pad was everything we needed it to be. The pool and hot tub were awesome. We paid to have it heated (we did need to call to figure out how to heat it). Basically each bedroom could have its own bathroom (only 2 ensuites though). The view from the balcony is great! We would stay there again.
