We stayed in this unit around Memorial Day 2018. It is a nice unit. It has laminate or tile floors throughout the unit except for the bedroom which has carpet. The kitchen is well stocked with pans, dishes, and gadgets. There are two queen beds in the bedroom and a Murphy bed in the living room.

It's a good unit for a couple or small family.
